My path towards holistic well-being was enriched by my travels through Asia, where I had the privilege of immersing myself in ancient healing traditions and wisdom. My appreciation for the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit increased tremendously.

She began to share her 20 years of yoga practice in Gent during ‘Yoga sessies in het park’, in the summer of 2023. Now, she is taking the practice indoors during the cold months, and bringing Mother Nature inside Shanti ( Yoga.Gent )

Igor has been on his spiritual path for some years now. His mission is to spread love, create safe spaces, and receive people in a healing environment where people can process their traumas and go deeper into their own process, through energy work and shadow work.

She has been teaching since 2013 and is an International certified teacher of Perinatal Yoga, Women's Tantra, Hatha Yoga, and YCA. She is a Consultant of Ayurveda and gentle cleansing of the body.
